Corbett Fish House

The entire menu at the Corbett Fish House is gluten free, including soups, dressings and sauces.  Their fish is dipped in brown rice flour and flash fried.  The breading is super thin and light rather than thick and greasy!  They also use a very high quality rice bran oil which has no trans-fats!  The only gluten in the restaurant is they do have oyster crackers and some of the beers are not gluten free.  They have three locations now, SW Corbett Ave in Portland, SE Hawthorne Blvd in Portland and off 192nd on SE 1st Street in Vancouver/Camas.  I have eaten at the Corbett and the Vancouver locations and I did not get sick either place.

They also serve Ground Breaker beers!!  They usually have Groundbreaker's year round beers: IPA #5 and Pale Ale.  If you're lucky they will have the Dark Ale and sometimes the Coffee Pale Ale.
