New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Portland, OR. They specialize in hand crafted artisan breads, pastries, cakes, pies and cookies. Their gluten-free bakery also serves a rotating lunch menu, including their famous gluten-free pizzas and salads. Lunch is served Monday-Saturday, from 11am-2pm. After lunch hours, their bakery remains open from 2pm until closing, offering bread, pastry, and coffee items.
