Costa Vida is well versed in allergens and has an amazing Nutrition and Allergen Menu on their website! All of their sauces, dressings, and proteins are gluten free. They offer corn tortillas so you can eat just about everything on their menu! The only gluten in their restaurants is the flour and wheat tortillas and most of the desserts, although they do have a gluten free flan dessert.
