Chipotle Mexican Grill is very good at eliminating cross contamination. It's extremely embarrassing for me to order from them because when you say you want to order a gluten free burrito bowl they usually yell out "Gluten Free" and everyone behind the counter starts the clean up process. They take all the utensils out of the tubs and wipe down the whole line. Then they change their gloves and add all new clean utensils. I have never gotten sick there and even though I think it's embarrassing, I appreciate that fact that I can eat there and know I won't get sick!
